artist statement:

I am deeply drawn to photography that carries a strong sense of individuality and emotional truth. For me, the most powerful images are not driven by external agendas or institutional approval, but by the photographer’s own need to make sense of the world. I believe that true photographic work often emerges out of personal struggle, where the camera becomes a way to survive, to confront reality, and to transform lived experience into visual language. While today’s industry often rewards projects framed with elaborate essays and grand narratives, I remain committed to the kind of storytelling that can be expressed through images alone—work that is inseparable from life itself and impossible to mistake for anyone else’s.
